Dr. Sudath Rohan de Silva Hanshi 8th Dan, Honorary Founder President and World Chief Instructor of the IFFKF Kyokushinkai International Karate Organization, has been awarded the honorary black belt 8th Dan by the International Shin Karate Organization of Iran. Dr. Sudath Rohan de Silva Hanshi 8th Dan has become a renowned instructor in Sri Lanka and internationally and his karate expertise is a special honor.
